Welcome to Cursed Kingdom: Chess, developed and published by AMAN JAIN STUDIO (operated by Aman Jain, "Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Cursed Kingdom: Chess, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.

1. Eligibility & License Grant

Interfere with or attempt to breach Cloud Firestore databases or backend infrastructure.

Distribute, sublicense, or resell the game, its assets, or modified variations without prior written authorization from AMAN JAIN STUDIO.

Violation of these provisions may result in the invalidation of save records and blocking from future updates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Cursed Kingdom: Chess—including but not limited to the game title, logo, tagline ("Every Move Has a Curse"), artwork, 3D models, textures, animations, audio compositions, level designs, puzzle logic, and C# source code—are the exclusive intellectual property of AMAN JAIN STUDIO and Aman Jain, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.

4. In-Game Advertisements & Third-Party Content

The game displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements powered by Google AdMob.

We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, websites, or services advertised through third-party ad networks. Any interactions with third-party advertisements are strictly between you and the respective advertiser.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cursed Kingdom: Chess is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain a smooth, bug-free gameplay experience, we do not guarantee that:

The game will operate without interruptions or errors on all device configurations.

Cloud save synchronization will never experience temporary network delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMAN JAIN STUDIO and Aman Jain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to play the game, including device performance issues, battery drainage, or loss of game save progress.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
