1. Nature of the Game

Cursed Kingdom: Chess is an offline-friendly, single-player chess strategy puzzle game. The game does NOT feature:

User-to-user chat or text messaging.

Voice or video communication.

Social networking feeds or public profile sharing.

User-generated content creation or distribution.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Exploitation

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Because Cursed Kingdom: Chess does not facilitate user communication, messaging, or file sharing, there are no avenues for interpersonal exploitation within the app.

3. Content Suitability

All artwork, gothic themes, and puzzle challenges are designed to be suitable for general audiences aged 13 and older. The game contains stylized fantasy chess pieces, mythical curses, and blood-moon themed castle environments with zero graphic violence, nudity, or offensive language.
