Child Safety Standards

Chatly is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any activity that exploits or endangers children.

1. Age Requirement

Chatly is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

The app is not designed for or directed toward children. Users who do not meet the minimum age requirement are not permitted to use Chatly.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Chatly strictly prohibits:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Child sexual exploitation

Grooming or attempting to exploit minors

Sexual solicitation involving minors

Any content promoting, encouraging, or facilitating child abuse

Any illegal activity involving children

Any violation of these standards will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Safety Concerns

Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the Chatly application using the Report User feature.

Reports involving child safety are prioritized and reviewed promptly. Actions taken include:

Immediate removal of offending content

Permanent banning of offending accounts

Preserving information where required by law

Cooperating fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and international safety organizations when required

4. Blocking Users

Users can block other users at any time to immediately prevent further communication.

5. Moderation & Integrity

Chatly actively investigates reports of abuse and utilizes automated and manual moderation tools along with Firebase App Check & Play Integrity verifications to maintain platform safety.

6. Legal Compliance

Chatly complies with applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards.

Where legally required, Chatly cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating child exploitation and abuse.
